Protocol on Follow-up Meeting of the Association of Sri Ganesha Hindu Temple

Agenda and Minutes:
1. Dr. Avnish Kumar Lugani opened the meeting by greeting to all invitees of the meeting.
2. Mr. Hanumaiah Vaidyanathan informed the invitees about the necessity for the reestablishment of the association, which was necessary from administrative reasons in particular. The purpose of the association is (see also § 2 of the statute) the promotion of the hinduistischen religion in Berlin and Germany. The association wants to promote possibilities of the perception of Hindu religious customs and tradition for in Berlin and in Germany living Hindus regardless of their ethnical origin selbstlos. Thus also a spreading understanding is to be developed and promoted of religions and cultures represented by religion, philosophy and comparative religion science from the view of Hindu Vedanta philosophy between members more differently to Berlin.
3. Those the present ones with the invitation letter the changed version of the statute already dispatched was read out by Dr. Avnish Kumar Lugani and accepted without suggestions for improvement of the present ones unanimously. Subsequently, it was signed personally by everyone the present ones, whereby the association reestablishment took place.
4. Meeting of the Members:
The first point of the agenda was the selection of the executive committee. After the selection of the Temple president, chairman of the meeting, Mr. Vaidyanathan handed over the chairmanship to newly selected President Dr. Avnish Lugani who later on selected other members of the executive board as follows:

The selection process took place in open mutual understanding; all members of the executive committee were unanimously selected in separate ballots.
The second point of the agenda was to define membership fee of general member of the temple that was unanimously specified as follows:
- General member has to pay 60.00 euro per year - Their family members pay 30.00 euro per year - membership on lifetime for those entire family (with only a right to vote) 1001.00 euro
Afterwards the third point of the agenda was discussed, which includes the acquisition of property by the office for district of Neukoelln, establishment and maintenance of the temple as well as over the Ganesha festival of 14.09.2005 on the area of the park at Hasenheide took place.
